GlossBotany, operated by Blerjon Commerce LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused products in their original packaging.
Eligibility
- You can request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Gift cards are not returnable.
How to start a return
Email info@glossbotany.store with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If you bought items at a quantity discount and return only some of them, the refund is the discounted price you paid per item.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover any return shipping.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original under this policy and place a new order.
Order cancellations
To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Orders that have already shipped can be returned under this policy.
