GlossBotany, operated by Blerjon Commerce LLC, offers free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery
Delivery takes 7-14 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons and other events outside our control may extend them.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you entered. Email us right away if you need to change the address, and we will update it if the order has not shipped.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived 21 business days after it ships, email info@glossbotany.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
